Set the house up overnight (Andrea's only way, of course) and threw a party for my promotion on 31 Jul.
Fritz, Andrea and I at the ceremonial cutting of the pig. Note the high-end tap and keg in the back ground. My friends drained 30 liters in 2 hrs...good thing we had a couple cases of back up!
The piglet (~ 3 mo old) was de-boned, stuffed with pork loaf, and slow roasted for 4 hours. Best Deuthches Schwein to date! Thanks Fritz...great cook and fine local Mayor on the side...
